based support options. While PrimaCode now offers free telephone support, we reserve the right to impose a fee for this service in the event that time and cost considerations dictate such a move. PrimaCode technical assistance can be reached Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
