If you're experiencing a problem with one of our products or just have question about its use, please fill out and submit the following technical support form.  PrimaCode will either call you or respond by email in a timely manner.

While there is currently no charge for either type of support, if the cost of offering such support becomes too great, some fee structure may be imposed at some future date.

Before submitting a support incident, please make sure your particular issues has not already been addressed in our list of frequently asked questions.

Support Request Form

When you submit your support request report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding support requests reported by our customers in the Known Problems and Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.     

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What product do you need help with?


  2. What issue do you need help with?


  3. What OS does your computer have?


  4. Check this if you have Administrative privileges?
     
  5. Check this if the issue is reproducible?

  6. Please provide the version of the product being used:

    (available from Help->About, e.g. 1.5.6.10)
     
  7. Please enter a brief one-line description of the issue:

    (example: "Point list doesn't display proper coordinate precision")

  8. If there is a particular problem you are reporting, please describe it clearly:
